1. Introduction

Welcome to CountNowPro.com ('we', 'us', 'our'). This real-time accounting and reconciliation tool is provided subject to these Terms of Service (ToS). By accessing or using CountNowPro, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these ToS.

3. Services, Info Products, and Goods

CountNowPro offers:

Professional services such as analysis sessions and system setup;
Digital info products including tutorials, guides, and templates;
Physical goods such as branded stationery and manuals.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance. Accepted methods include credit cards and other electronic channels. You are responsible for providing valid payment details. If payment fails, we may suspend access until settlement.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

For scheduled services, you may cancel or reschedule at no cost if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the session. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, no refund is available. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval.

5.2 Info Products

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed, as recorded in system logs. Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment channel within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customized or final sale items are not eligible for refunds. Customers are responsible for shipment back costs. Once we receive the item, refunds are issued to the original payment channel within 15 business days.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain premium services and exclusive digital content are delivered immediately in full and are non-refundable. Such offerings will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Updates take effect upon posting at CountNowPro.com. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
